Refund policy

Agent Files and Files + Strategy

If we have not yet delivered your order, you can cancel for a full refund by emailing [CONTACT_EMAIL].

If we delivered files that do not install or validate as described in their instructions, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will fix them, and if we cannot, refund the order in full.

Because the files are written for your specific site, we do not refund delivered orders for change of mind.

Custom Setup

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. A session cancelled with less notice, or missed, is not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
